Today was my first time waxing and I must say I had a wonderful experience! The customer service was definitely a 10/10. She guided me through every step, checked in often to make sure I was okay, and made the whole process so comfortable. The pain level for me was about a 5/10 just when the ripping starts but after that it was fine. I wasn’t uncomfortable at all, and I left feeling really good about it. Highly recommend! 💖

5⭐️! Out of every appointment or maintenance I've had, this has been the best and more welcoming service provider. Steph made sure i listened whatever music i wanted to hear and made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She's yet the best service provider I've experienced. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
